The Subramaniam Academy of Performing Arts (SaPa) was founded in 2007 by violin maestro Dr. L. Subramaniam, Bollywood playback legend Kavita Krishnamurti Subramaniam, singer-songwriter Dr. Bindu Subramaniam and violinist Dr. Ambi Subramaniam. Built on a shared vision to create a home for great music and musicians, SaPa carries forward a rich legacy of musical excellence while making quality music education accessible to everyone. Today, Dr. Bindu Subramaniam and Dr. Ambi Subramaniam lead the Academy, carrying this vision forward for a new generation of learners and musicians.
At SaPa, we believe that learning music should be structured, engaging and enjoyable. Our programmes combine a strong musical foundation with interactive and creative learning, encouraging students to explore their interests, develop their skills and express themselves with confidence. Our educators and artists bring their experience and passion into the learning environment, making every class an opportunity to learn, create and enjoy.
