About the Instructors

Subramaniams

Dr. L. Subramaniam is one of the world's leading musicians and composers. He created the global music idiom and his music has spanned various genres including Carnatic, orchestral, fusion, and film. He has been awarded the Padma Bhushan, the Padma Shri, and numerous other national and international awards.

Dr. Ambi Subramaniam, hailed as 'the new king of Indian classical violin' by The Times of India & 'India's Itzhak Pearlmann' by Ozy Magazine, is a violinist, entrepreneur, and music educator. He has been trained by his father and guru, Dr. L Subramaniam, since the age of three giving his first performance at the age of seven. He is also the co-Founder & Director for SaPa and SaPa in Schools.
