Pandit Ronu Majumdar is India's top-ranking flautist. He is primarily a Hindustani musician, and has performed alongside artists like R. D Burman, Vishal Bhardwaj, and Asha Bhosle. He has also been part of the international musical scene.
In his masterclass with SaPa, Ronu Majumdar introduced learners to the Indian style of flute playing. He taught listeners the value of technique, how they can adapt to different genres of music, how best to convey emotion while playing, and more.
